The rooms were clean and the beds and pillows were comfortable, ensuring a good night's rest. the friendly staff went above and beyond, especially during a difficult time when I was traveling for a family event. I appreciated the swift accommodation when I requested a room change to a lower floor with my Rottweiler. the staff's warmth towards us and quick response made our stay even more enjoyable. the hotel's location, nestled in the natural beauty of Tyler, Texas, provided a tranquil backdrop for our visit. Although my experience was positive overall, it is essential to acknowledge the importance of respectful and professional customer service. In contrast to my experience, it is disheartening to hear about instances of staff lacking in professionalism and respect towards guests. For anyone looking to explore Tyler's attractions, the Tyler Museum of Art and the Tyler Municipal Rose Garden are must-visits for a culturally-enriching experience amidst stunning floral displays. Summerfields Bar & Grille at the hotel is a convenient spot for both business meetings and family meals, offering a delightful dining experience.
